At Saddles-Shop, we stand behind the quality of our parts. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right within reasonable limits. Please review our return policy below.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and in their original packaging.
  • Parts that show signs of installation, wear, or damage will not be accepted for return.
  • Electrical parts, custom orders, and special-order items are non-returnable.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at info@saddles-shop.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions. Pack the item securely with all original components and labels.
  3. Ship the item to the address provided in your RA email.

Note: Returns sent without authorization may be refused.

 

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged part, etc.).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

 

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method, typically within 10 business days.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • A restocking fee of 10% may apply to some returns, especially for oversized or special-order items.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
  • We’ll work quickly to resolve the problem and ship the correct item or issue a refund/replacement.

6. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges.
  • If you need a different part, return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order for the correct part.
